Personal Growth 2.0

We are so skilled at working with things; knives, cars, pencils, drills, computers, trucks, basketballs, and so on. But how many maestri’s do you know who are trained in handling their own mind?

It is said that if one is sloppy, reckless, and one-sided in their own thinking, it is difficult, maybe impossible, for them to participate in the decision to cultivate a wise society and contribute to social harmony.

I am not pointing towards self-improvement; I am suggesting self-liberation. To work with one’s mind, you must first acknowledge that the growth we are referencing here is more like a balloon expanding in all directions rather than a pen drawing a straight line on a piece of paper.

This is a short entry that is intentionally designed with space because I trust your innate intelligence to figure things out. It is my evaluation that the most humanistic and productive way to improve the handling of your mind is to get on a path where both suffering and joy are equally accepted. This way, they can be used as pieces that over time, are put together in order to create the honest tapestry called your life.
